AEROTEK SERVICES Pty. Ltd located in Victoria (Tullamarine), supports the approval of engineering designs, repairs and maintenance activities of aircraft designed to FAR Parts 23, 25 & 29.

The organisation has been established to provide a service to the aviation industry, in the form of managing the support for approving engineering designs, repairs and maintenance activities as covered in IOA for CAR35/36, which will enhance both safety and operational aspects of the aviation industry. The design input will consist of identification of the customer requirements, design requirements and compliance of airworthiness standards of C.A.S.A. or other appropriate regulatory authority.

Aerotek services Pty Ltd provides the following services in Structures, Mechanical Systems, Interiors (oxygen), Materials & Processes:

1. Approval of engineering designs, repairs and maintenance activities under CAR 35/36.

2. Approvals of Flight Manual Supplement (FMS).

3. Where engineering designs, repairs and maintenance activities under CAR 35/36  requirements are not clear, are Major (AD/STC), or where no standards are provided in C.A.O.’s, Aerotek services can apply for advice from the C.A.S.A. by submission of a Design Advice (Form 2349).

4. Local manufacture of an aircraft component, Aerotek services Pty. Ltd. will only support the design application for an APMA or TSO by a submission of a Design Advice to CASA.
